Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service

ALL MODEL ORDERS are dispatched by Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service unless specifically requested otherwise. Overseas goods are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail ‘International Signed For’. Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail’s letter or small packet post.

Please allow up to 21 days from payment clearing for goods to arrive, although we aim to dispatch items within seven days of taking funds. If, for any reason, your goods do not arrive within this timescale please contact us immediately on 01780 470086 and we will endeavour to track your parcel.

We offer the option of goods being sent to an alternative nominated address (such as place of work or other family member) if this makes delivery easier. Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ (next day guaranteed) service can also be used on request. An additional charge is made for this service – contact us for details.
